HOTEL BLOCK BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS

Housing for RBC 2025 is located at the Best Western Palo Duro Canyon Inn & Suites.
Address: 2801 4th Ave, Canyon, TX 79015

Call the hotel at (806) 655-1818 and let them know you want to make a reservation for 3/21-3/23 with the “WT” group rate ($99/night + tax).

Let them know how many rooms your institution needs for the weekend and the rest of the process should be similar to a typical phone booking. All keys should be ready by 2:00 PM on Friday.

The hotel includes:

  • Full hot breakfast

  • Free hotel parking

    • Outside food is allowed as well!

*Reminder: There is not an option to book within the block through the Best Western website.*
